Initially, we had the pleasure of talking to Jasmin Kaur, the Customer Experience Coordinator whose prompt replies and actions not only impressed us, but also convinced us to make Monk our primary office store.
After that, we worked with Jennifer Subasic, Territory Sales Manager, who helped us choose the perfect printer for our needs. She not only took the initiative doing the research thoroughly for us, she also thoughtfully ordered extra toner, and placed our order within minutes of approval. I have rarely experienced such a combination of superb communication, efficiency, and consideration!!
