Our move to Telus Business has been an overwhelmingly positive experience, driven by the exceptional service we received from two key individuals: Ron Prasad (Manager, Field Support, South & Central Vancouver Island) and Brady, our local Telus Business techxpert.
It all started back in January 2025 when Brady came to our location for a planned installation. Although the installation didn’t happen due to a miscommunication with a reseller, Brady was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail, patiently answering our questions and providing a clear understanding of our options. His professionalism and courteous demeanor made such a strong impression that we felt compelled to write a letter of appreciation to his manager, Ron Prasad.
Over the next few months, while we were still with another provider, we often reached out to Ron for information. Even though we weren’t a Telus customer yet, Ron was always approachable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. His guidance was a major factor in our decision to switch, making it clear that it was time to move on after nearly two decades with our previous provider.
In June 2025, Brady returned, this time to finalize the plans for our move to Telus Business with a 1G fiber optic internet and new mobile lines. His suggestions were insightful, and the contract was accepted shortly after. To our surprise, Brady showed up to complete the activation three weeks ahead of schedule! He also said that anytime we had a problem, just to call him.
Since the transition, we’ve experienced huge improvements. Our Telus internet package is superbly stable, and our phones have never worked better. The journey to becoming a Telus customer was a testament to the high-quality guidance and support provided by Ron and the outstanding service and technical expertise of Brady.
We’re on a three-year contract with Telus, but we’d be fine with a contract into the next century!
