JFO Exteriors provides superb cleaning, outstanding service, and remarkable pricing! We have signed up to be a regular customer for our vinyl siding and metal roof requirements.

On March 11, 2025 Jay (owner/operator) of JFO Exteriors took on short notice a job that was cancelled by another vinyl cleaning company. I had met Jay some weeks ago since he was one of many providing quotes for exterior cleaning. All of the company representatives were nice individuals, but Jay stood out in my mind because of his refreshing attitude.

He was actually quoting me for metal roof cleaning, but also mentioned he did vinyl siding. I told him that we had already committed to another company, and rather than say something like “I’ll beat their price!”, he calmly accepted my intention to honor a commitment ahead of getting a deal. I asked him about that later and he said told me there was plenty of work for everyone and there was no need to fight each other to get jobs. Here indeed was a true example of a civilized business person, one who gives rather than takes!

And that giving is pretty good too! Jay is not only a real expert in his field, his work is meticulous as you’ll see from the before-after pictures. Our house now looks as new as when we moved in decades ago!

Jay is an exceptional individual with a very refreshing attitude about business. He really does put his clients’ interests first! This attitude manifests itself in not just the way he deals with people, but also in the quality of work he produces.

Not only is he impeccably thorough and highly skilled in his area bringing a wealth of experience including hazmat training, he is also exceptionally considerate!

My son has, for years, been providing a habitat right at the front of our house to a group of rare spiders and asked that Jay not clean there due to the chemicals. So Jay, understanding the situation, took it upon himself to hand rub with plain water, that entire area on his own initiative!

As for the rest of the house, Jay did not just clean the vinyl siding of our house, he made our house look brand new! As the weather permits he will take care of our metal roof. In fact, he’ll be looking after our house exterior on a regular basis from now on!

The saying goes that cleanliness is next to godliness, and Jay certainly puts us on that transformative path!
