The people in this dealership are thoughtful, respectful, thorough and competent. I came to see a used EV that we thought might meet my specific needs for safety at an affordable price. Sebastian greeted me and introduced me to Alex who also welcomed me warmly. Sebastian then thoughtfully provided the information I needed to make my decision. He walked through the car's history and then showed me the car, closely examining its exterior and interior with me, before taking us on a test drive. He drove the car first which familiarized me with the car's systems thus making my test drive more effective . Afterwards, Sebastian efficiently examined my car to assess its trade-in value should I wish to purchase their car. Indeed, I did! In fact, they are so well organized that we were able to purchase the car and drive it away that same afternoon. Alex made the complex paperwork process easy for us. I love our car and am grateful for this dealership's commitment to excellence and the care they provided us.

A fabulous team! Thank you to Sebastian, Alex, Pietro, and Matthew at Alfa Romeo of Victoria for a wonderful experience buying a 2024 Fiat 500e.

My father and I had almost just bought the same model through another dealership. They had let me drive the car for a few days and I was expecting to complete the purchase. However, just as we were about to sign the paperwork, the dealership learned that they were not actually able to sell the car as it technically belonged to their sister store! Left somewhat perplexed by the whole ordeal, we made contact with Sebastian at Alfa Romeo to get a fresh perspective. We were immediately impressed and resolved to visit the dealership the next day. Though Sebastian was away, he referred us to Pietro.

Pietro was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and gracious. He, along with Alex, explained everything we needed to know up front, from details about the vehicle to financing and securing the federal and provincial rebates for new EV purchases. Indeed, had we bought the car from the previous dealership, we would have missed out on the provincial rebate since neither I nor the other dealership understood the application process correctly. Pietro even evaluated our 2013 Leaf on the same day and offered us an excellent trade-in deal. We decided then and there to purchase our car through Alfa Romeo.

When we returned a couple of days later to pick up the car, we were delighted to formally meet Sebastian. He, along with a trainee, Matthew, made the entire delivery process exceptional. See the accompanying images and video! Sebastian then took us to see Alex to complete all of the paperwork. Alex went through it all very thoroughly with us, explaining all of the various forms and options that were available and answering our questions.

"This time, you get to keep the car. I promise!" Pietro said with a laugh as we were set to depart in our new Fiat. Thank you to the whole team at Alfa Romeo for an outstanding buying experience. Next time we are looking for a new car, we know where to go. Highly recommended!

A Dealership in a League of Its Own!

From the moment I made contact with Sebastian at Alfa Romeo Victoria, it became clear that this is a dealership of a totally different caliber than what we have ever encountered!

Sebastian told me everything I needed to know about the Fiat 500e we were looking to purchase including the EV grant mechanism! His enthusiasm and unparalleled knowledge inspired confidence, while his patient demeanor let me know his interest was solely to make sure I got the right car!

The next day, my son and I met with the sales manager, Pietro, who showed the same consideration in working out an optimal deal on the trade-in for our 2013 Nissan Leaf. He recommended we take advantage of the $0 interest for 3 years loan and even worked the finance charge into the trade-in value! Working with Pietro was as straightforward and honest an experience as anyone could want!

Finally, Alex took care of the finance arrangements as well as the supporting packages we could choose for the car. His ability to manage the seemingly endless quantity of forms was superhuman! He also made sure that there was no unnecessary duplication of coverage when it came time to get our ICBC insurance.

When we went to pick up our Fiat 500e, Sebastian and his assistant Matthew told us they had prepared something special (since we had some past issues at another dealership). They had gift wrapped the car! It was a most kind gesture and made you forget you were actually at a car dealership!

So when they say, "Welcome to our family!" they really do mean it!!

Kyron named the car Scuro due to its darkness.

Sebastian and Matthew had prepared a special surprise when we came to pick up Scuro on Saturday, November 16.

Sebastian and Matthew then proceeded to unwrap Scuro.

We were so happy with getting Scuro from Alfa Romeo Victoria that we bought another car within a month! This one was a black 2022 Polestar that we named Stjarnatt from the Swedish stjarna (star) and natt (night).

Due to the excellence of Scuro and Stjarnatt, and the superb service of this dealership, we find our attitudes have undergone major changes.

Prad, for instance, has rarely liked driving, but has gained a new enthusiasm for it as a result of these cars, while Ranjana is keen to show Stjarnatt to her friends when she is not busy admiring the car herself!

Kyron, who is not known nationally for his tidiness, is now rivalling the original Mr. Clean! He has armed himself with a new set of tools including vacuum, blower, power sprayer, and brush, for the purpose of meticulously maintaining both cars in immaculate condition. He has also added a new aspect to his photography portfolio by taking the stunning pics you see here of both cars!

Our experience with Alfa Romeo Victoria, the wonderful people we have met there, and their high level of service has convinced us that this is the place we will go to for our auto requirements! As far as we are concerned, if Alfa Romeo doesn't have the car we want, we don't need that car!

We urge you to go to them too for you will not be disappointed!

And don't make excuses like "But Prad, I live in Japan!" Just take a ferry - Alfa Romeo Victoria is worth it!
