• To register online choose one of the following:

• You can download the registration form and mail it in with a cheque or money order to Cowichan Family Caregivers Support Society, PO Box 13, Shawnigan Lake, BC V0R 2W0.
• You can also register at all Island Savings branches and at Island Pharmacy in Shawnigan Lake.

Remember that the Earlybird registration deadline is April 30th, 2014.

Pledges

As this event is one of our largest sources of funding, we ask that all registrants gather as many pledges as they can to bring with them to the event. For every $50 of pledges you receive an entry into a special draw for our Grand Prize (details to follow). Pledge forms are included with the registration form or can be downloaded separately here.

Your pledges support caregiving families. Here are examples of how your valuable pledges are put to good use.

Add to your pledges with our "Bring a Friend" Program

Bring a friend who is new to the Adventure, and ask them to put your name on their registration form as the "friend who brought" them. For each friend you bring who is new to the Adventure, we'll add $10 in pledges, helping you earn enough in pledges to enter the draw, or get more draw entries. We hope this will add to your fun and increase participation at the same time!

Honour a caregiving family

Once again this year, you can honour a caregiving family you know by writing their name on your pledge form and participant bib. This can make collecting pledges and the day of the Adventure even more meaningful.
