Fiona Mackey
Former Staff
Fiona was born in Scotland and came to Canada
from London, England, 6 years ago. Her gentle,
caring nature makes her a natural in working with
people which she has done for 20 years as a nurse.
Her creative abilities have been evident in her
work and interests. As a Health Visitor and
District Nurse in London she was involved in
innovative programs and continues to carve new
paths in her work in this project. Fiona is also a
writer and we call on her talents often.
Family is very important to Fiona. She and her
husband Nick have two lovely daughters, Zara (10)
and Emma (7). Together they travel, enjoy the
outdoors, and care for their pets, Lucy, Marbles,
Licorice and Pumpkin.
It just wouldn't be complete, if we didn't
mention her generosity. Fiona loves to give and
gives of herself. What a find she has been!
