Janice Cameron
Former community guide and
facilitator
Janice was born in Kamloops and raised in
Lilloet. She has lived in and been an active part
of Duncan life for the past eighteen years.
Her experience as a Community Counsellor and now
as a Facilitator with the Support Circle Project
and Caregivers Support Groups, allows her to honour
her belief that personal growth blossoms with
support. One truly works from the heart and
recognises each individual's gifts.
Janice loves the outdoors - one is "reared" in
nature. She cherishes going for walks in the
countryside in the beautiful treed area where she
lives with John. This helps to keep her grounded
and gives her the strength to continue with her
invaluable work. Much of her meditative, reflective
practice is done whilst walking.
