Horses thrown into condemned pit that were dead on arrival at Natural Valley Farms. The numbers have been climbing since our first investigation in October, 2007 even though CFIA claims to be conducting an "ongoing investigation" into the issue. At that time, 1 horse was in the condemned pit. When we returned in February, 2008 there were 4 fresh horses in the pit. In April, when this picture was taken, at least 5 fresh horses could be seen.
