Intact horse found in the Condemned Pit at Natural Valley Farms' Rendering Pit. The horse is intact as he arrived on the trailer dead and therefore could not be processed.

Note the white USDA sticker still on the horse's back. White USDA stickers indicate that the horse was not labeled as a slaughter horse (those are lime green). Was he misleadingly labeled as a "feeder" horse to avoid the regulations set out to protect the welfare of slaughter-bound horses (no regulations exist for feeder horses)?
