Important Update 09/04/06:

The final vote that was scheduled to happen during the Plenary of the Committee Meeting at the European Parliament on April 22nd, to decide about the Proposal for the total ban of seal products at the European Union, has been moved to May.

CATCA will launch a last effort international campaign this week, targeting the governments of Sweden, Denmark, Latvia, Lituania, Estonia and Bulgaria, that are against the total ban on the trade of seal products at the European Union.

Please, do help us by sending e-mails to the addresses that will be provided and urge them to reconsider the position of their government and support the total ban.
