Use a blender or food processor to mix the following: 2 tomatoes 4 tomatilloes 4 leaves of basil 2 leaves of oregano Finely Chop: 1 Cucumber 1 red bell pepper 2 inches of mild Daikon radish Chop to the point of mincing. Pour blended ingredients over minced ingredients. Serve with vegetables. Here is something to know: In this Hurraw! I will be discussing how to incorporate more Raw food into your lifestyle. I am not going to go into why Raw? This to me is obvious if you work with Natural Laws you will be taken care of if you don’t well take a look around you. Now realistically 100% is ideal but than again this is very challenging (I walk into the local grocery stores and the fruit here looks well disgusting. We eat with our eyes first and I can see why people aren’t to drawn to eat these produces) and should be a goal one works toward rather than forcing it upon yourself which is useless and for many people it is for a few obvious reasons. 1) Attachments to foods, things etc. 2) Addictions 3) Social etc. These are to name just a few why people have a difficult time with a living food diet. Which is cool because well it is. (Allot of people won’t agree with the 3 examples that is because they are simply fooling themselves and not be honest with themselves.) Take those necessary steps to help you become yourself and in my opinion meditation is the key. O.K. now where all Rawfoodists except our Percentages are different. That’s the only difference. For example I am 100% and you might be 50% ( I hope your at least 50% otherwise good luck) So the key is to realize you have achieved being a raw foodist. Congratulations now you can start feeling better about yourself instead of being your own worst enemy, now all you might want to do is start increasing the % by eating more fruits/veggies that you like. (We are all different in the sense that I don’t care for celery unless it is juiced or blended and you might love it.) No one can do this for you. Eat what you like and eat enough so you are satisfied. See how simple it is. We still have a bit of Summer so if your going to do increase your Raw this is a great time to do so.
